🇨🇳 🇫🇷 Visit from Hefei University of Technology — Exploring academic cooperation

A delegation of six representatives from Hefei University of Technology (HUT) visited the University of Lille and Polytech Lille on Monday, June 22nd, 2026.

The delegation was led by Prof. Yu Xiangcheng (Director of the University Council) and included Prof. Zhuang Delin (Director of the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation), Mr. Feng Hang (Director of the School of Electrical Engineering and Automation Council), Mr. Meng Fandong (Director of the High-level Talents Office), Prof. Gao Peng (Deputy Dean of the College of Civil Engineering), and Ms. Zheng Yuanqin (Deputy Director of the International Education Center).

At Polytech Lille, the morning session featured presentations from both sides — including an overview of Polytech Lille, the Mechanical Engineering and Civil Engineering degree programs, and the research activities of the LaMcube and LGCgE laboratories. The delegation and Polytech Lille faculty then joined Prof. Nicolas Burlion, Director of Polytech Lille, for lunch.

The afternoon concluded with a tour of Polytech Lille’s tutorial facilities, including the smart factory, energy management, and robotics rooms.

This visit marks the beginning of a promising dialogue between our institutions, with concrete prospects for student mobility and academic cooperation in engineering and applied sciences.
