🇮🇸 🇫🇷 Mobility agreement signed with Háskólinn í Reykjavík
A mobility agreement has been signed with Háskólinn í Reykjavík (Reykjavik University, Iceland), formalizing an academic partnership that began with the university’s visit to Polytech Lille in September 2025.
This cooperation targets the Faculties of Computer Science and Engineering at both institutions, opening exchange pathways for students in these disciplines. The first cohort of Polytech Lille students is expected to spend time at Reykjavik University starting from September 2027.
Háskólinn í Reykjavík is a partner of NeurotechEU, the European university alliance focused on neurotechnology, which gives this agreement an additional dimension beyond bilateral exchange — it strengthens the institutional fabric of the alliance and opens new academic connections within it.
This agreement is also one more piece of a broader effort to build meaningful ties with Nordic and Scandinavian institutions, both in engineering education and in research. Iceland, Norway, and their academic ecosystems have been a recurring focus over the past year, and this partnership reflects a deliberate direction in how Polytech Lille is expanding its international reach.
